5. Technical requirements

1). The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy tubes shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3620.1, and the allowable deviation of the chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3620.2 when reinspected by the buyer.

2) allowable deviation of pipe outer diameter shall comply with table 1.

3) the allowable deviation of tube wall thickness shall not exceed 12.5% of its nominal wall thickness, and the allowable deviation of tube wall thickness shall not apply to the welding seam of titanium welded pipe.

4) the length of the pipe shall comply with table 2.

5) the fixed length or times the length of the pipe shall be within the range of its indefinite length, and the allowable deviation of the fixed length shall be +10mm. The Times the length of the pipe shall also be included in the cutting amount of the pipe at the time of cutting, and the amount of each cut shall be 5mm.
